Louis Babin’s symphonic poem about Antoine de Saint-Exupéry extends its reach further by being presented for the first time on American soil, at San Jose in California. On March 2 2018, the South Bay Philharmonic will showcase it during a concert dedicated only to living composers (a unique event in the world of classical music!). George Yefchak will conduct the orchestra during the event taking place at Foothill Presbyterian Church.
Works by British composer Edward Gregson as well as Americans composers Nancy Bloomer Deussen and Linda Robbins Colema are also part of the evening’s program.
